A Hotfix to vRA 8.0.1 was released today. Known as HF1.

However this KB does not make it very clear on how to get the bits. Basically you need 2 (two) patches.

1. vRSLCM (Life Cycle Manager)
2. vRA

Assuming you deployed vRA8 via LCM (vRSLCM), you need to patch LCM first.

If you have internet access you can then download and patch vRA
or if you want or need to do offline patching. Download the vRA patch and patch via either LCM or vRA.
Then upload the vRA patch

How to download the patches

1. Login to my.vwmare.com
2. Products -> All Products & Programs -> Product Patches
   – Navigates to: https://my.vmware.com/group/vmware/patch)
3. Select a Product -> vRealize Suite Lifecycle Manager
   the drop down box to the right will change to vRealize
4. Click the Search button
5. Download the vRA patch ~4.6GB
6. Change the drop with vRealize and select 8.0.1
7. Click the Search button
8. Download the vRSLCM patch ~200MB
